Your reliable, made-to-measure data infrastructure

Biron turns your scattered data into a made-to-measure decision infrastructure: one reliable foundation every team can act on, so you can finally base your decisions on data that is 100% trustworthy and shared — and get more done.

The "Sales summary" dashboard of the Biron platform, surrounded by a bar of chart types, an "under-margin products" alert wired to Shopify and Slack, a question asked in plain language, and the Excel icon.

The data dictionary: your source of truth

The value of data rests on one central dictionary that defines and documents every KPI with your teams. That is what guarantees reliable figures and one shared view across the whole company.

In the background, Biron automates the quality of your data: consistency checks, refreshing the flows, error detection and access management.

Your indicators stay exactly right whatever the use: a dashboard, an Excel file, a business tool or an AI assistant.

A stack of indicator sheets from the dictionary. The top one, "KPI-014 Revenue excl. tax", is marked "certified" and carries its business definition, its calculation rule, its sign-off by the finance department and the state of its tests.

Your everyday tools

Once made reliable, your data can be used everywhere. Each team works with the tool it already knows, from one shared source of truth.

The platform

Your dashboards, set up for your teams.

The Biron interface where every team follows its indicators, analyses its performance and organises its views. You also keep an eye on the state of your data: freshness, updates, anomalies detected. Access rights are managed finely, down to the individual indicator.

The platform is not configured from a standard template — it is built around your needs and the way you work.

The Biron platform on its "Overall summary" view: the navigation menu of a demo workspace on the left, a period selector, a block of headline KPIs and a chart of revenue excluding tax by country.

The AI connector

New

Ask your data questions from your own assistant.

An AI plugged into unreliable data produces exactly the same inconsistencies as your spreadsheets. Through MCP, your Biron data becomes available inside the AI tool you already use and draws on your dictionary of certified KPIs, which is what makes its answers reliable and in context.

Your teams can produce new charts, spot anomalies or write complex reports with no effort at all.

A conversation with an AI assistant: asked "what is my revenue by country in 2025?", it reports querying the data dictionary and then the sales-by-country model, before giving the breakdown country by country.

Integrations

Your data connected, wherever you need it.

No need to change your habits — just connect your tools. Your teams can carry on working in Excel or Google Sheets, but the figures there are now up to date, synchronised with the dictionary and identical to those on the platform, with no export and no manual copy-paste.

Anomaly alerts, automated reports, target tracking: push the data straight to where it is useful by automating your processes through Zapier or n8n.

An Excel workbook named "store-tracking" where net revenue is refreshed from Biron through a side panel, next to an automation scenario that fires a Slack alert when a store sees its revenue drop by more than 20%.

More than 50 connectors, for every team

Whatever your tools, Biron plugs into them natively and reconciles their data. E-commerce, marketing, sales, finance, web or internal databases: every source in one place.

Step 1 / 8 · Analysis

Understanding your business, your goals, your tools and the way you steer performance.

Before touching any data, Biron starts by analysing your business: your goals, your tools, your processes and the way your teams make decisions day to day. This step identifies your priorities, your key KPIs, and anticipates every constraint your business carries.

Frequently asked questions

What is the data dictionary, in practice?

It is the living catalogue of your indicators: every metric — net revenue, margin, CAC, active customer and so on — is defined, documented, tested and validated with your teams. That is what guarantees one figure means the same thing everywhere, whatever the tool.

Do I need a data warehouse already?

No, it is included. Biron sets up and runs your data warehouse: storage, structuring and modelling. There is no stack for you to build or maintain — the infrastructure is part of the offer.

Can I keep my current tools?

Yes. The Biron reference feeds your dashboards, but also Excel, Google Sheets, your tools through the API and AI through MCP. One source of truth, several surfaces to act on.

How do you handle access rights?

Access is defined per data model and per role: each person sees only the data they are allowed to see, and that perimeter applies everywhere, AI included.
